TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 297 OF 2019 By (1) Joseph Otieno Ogonji and (2) Kevin Otieno Adhiambo, both of P.O. Box 95, Kadongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogonji Ndiege, late of Kodumo West Sub-location, who died there on 3rd February, 1985. CAUSE No. 298 OF 2019 By Milka Akinyi Otieno, of P.O. Box 53, Kandiege in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Gumbo, who died at Kayoo East Sub-location, on 20th August, 1991. CAUSE No. 299 OF 2019 By Milka Akinyi Otieno, of P.O. Box 53, Kandiege in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Gumbo, who died at Kayoo East Sub-location, on 6th May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
