TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th May, 2019 2066 2066 CAUSE NO. 57 OF 2018 By (1) Kennedy Oguta Nyachae and (2) Charles Omanga Chrisantus, both of P.O. Box 49, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oguta Matanga, who died at Isena Sub-location, on 16th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2019 By Elijah Mogonchi Onyango, of P.O. Box 79, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Mbaka, who died at Onseka Sub-location, on 28th March, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
