TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 38 OF 2019 By Seff Athuman Seff, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Valli, who died at Majajani, on 25th August, 1972. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2019 By (1) Mohamed Omar Kuta and (2) Athuman Omar, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hamisi Mkarafu, who died at Majajani, on 13th April, 1973. CAUSE No. 72 OF 2019 By Jumwa Mramba, the deceased's legal heir, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwatine Kadzomba Chea alias Martin Kadzomba Chea. CAUSE No. 76 OF 2019 By Mwango Mwamuye Kalama, the deceased's legal heir, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamuye Kalama, who died at Kiriba, Wangwani, on 16th March, 2004. By John Karisa Ngala, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Ngala, who died at Majaoni, Kilifi, on 18th November, 1971.
