TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2019 By Joyce Syekonyo Musyoka, of P.O. Box 95, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Musyoka Matambya, who died at Makueni, on 19th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2019 By Alex Serenoi Minik, of P.O. Box 344, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutambo Lengete alias Mutambo ole Lengete, who died at Arroi Sub-location, on 20th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
