Masha, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabengi Leso Mukare, who died at Mdzongoloni, Kilifi, on 23rd April, 1999. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2019 By (1) Masika Karisa Wanje, (2) Bibi Mazia Mwachote, (3) Uchi Karisa Wanje and (4) Kavumbi Mbavu Mwatembwe, all of P.O. Box 13–80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanje Mbogo, who died at Bomani, Junju, Kilifi, on 14th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2019 By Zena Tosili Mamu, the deceaesd’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tosiri Mamu alias Tosili Almas Mamu, who died at Majengo, Nyeri, on 30th June, 1991.
