TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 55 OF 2019 By John Owuor Otieno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Okomo, who died on 22nd October, 2004. CAUSE No. 57 OF 2019 By Siprina Awino Gwato, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngwato Aywaga, who died on 14th February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette_ Dated the 26th July, 2019.
