TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 160 OF 2018 By Cicilia Wangithi Muthike, of P.O. Box 29, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kaniki Mathenge alias John Kariuki Mathenge, who died at Kerugoya Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2019 By Kenedy Mugo Muriithi, of P.O. Box 1168, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Muriithi Kiragu, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 28th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
