TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 25 OF 2019 By Benson Musanda Angondi, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hoseya Musand Olukoba alias Hosea Musanda, who died at Essaba Sub-location, on 3rd August, 1974. CAUSE No. 75 OF 2019 By Johnstone Ingati, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haroni Kabala Sihuli alias Haruni Sihuli, who died at Emusire Sub-location, on 9th November, 1981. CAUSE No. 79 OF 2019 By Selina Nyawela Mudanya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enoch Sabwa Mudanya alias Enoch Mudanya Sabwa, who died at Ngei, Nairobi, on 2nd January, 2018. CAUSE No. 83 OF 2019 By Rina Ahono Okwemba, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Ogutu Okwemba alias Rafael Okwemba, who died at Ebubayi Sub-location, on 11th October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary .and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
