TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2019 By Pius Peter Atetwe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydiah Kabole Atetwe, who died at St. Monica’s Hospital in Kenya, on 17th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2019 By Timothy Adembesa Machayo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felidah Kayera Chanzu alias Felida Kayera Chanzu, who died at Chango Sub-location, on 28th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2019 By (1) Prisca Noi Kisivuli and (2) Grellah Kajaira Chanzu, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Okene Kisivuli alias Samuel Kisivuli alias Samuel Kisivuli Okene, who died at Mbale, on 17th November, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
