TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO.51 OF 2019 By (1) Wakaro Njeru and (2) Sicily Wawira Munyi, both of P.O. Box 7, Wang'uru in Kenya, the decesaed's widow and niece, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Nyaga, who died at District Hospital, Kirinyaga in Kenya, on 2nd April, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
