TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 82 OF 2017 By Charles Opwolo Okwomi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Livingstone Okwomi Manyasa, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya in 2008. CAUSE NO. 126 OF 2019 By Mary Achieng Olocho, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija Okuma alias Elija Okuma Wahuda, who died at Muhaka, on 15th June, 1993. CAUSE No. 127 OF 2019 By Betty Bwakali Malobah, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Bwakali Nacheri alias Joseph Habil Bwakali, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 1986. CAUSE No. 128 OF 2019 By (1) Francis Etabale Omusula and (2) Edward Amimo Etabale, the decesased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sulevano Etabale Atsulu, who died at lnaya Sub-location in 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
