TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 108 OF 2018 By (1) Stanely Nyutu Ndungu, (2) Simon Ndichu Ngure and (3) david Waiganjo Wainaina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathegi Kangatu, who died at Kiunyu Sub- location, on 13th July, 1998. CAUSE No. 64 of 2019 By Patrick Kamau Muturi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Njuguna, who died at Kaguthi Location, on 15th February, 1957. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
