TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2018 By (1) Samuel Arodi Omoro and (2) Sophia Aomo Omoro, both of P.O. Box 40416, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caren Omolo Omoro, who died at Owaga, on 29th June, 2009. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2018 By (1) Margaret Agola Panyako and (2) Roslida Seda Okengo, the deceased’s sister and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ishmael Andaa Okengo, who died on 26th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2018 By Flerah Adoyo Ojwando, of P.O. Box 103, Koru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Owino Agutu, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
