TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2019 By Karim Sukhiani, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sambai Rahemtulla Punja, who died on 5th June, 1976. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2019 By Imran Imtiazali Kanji, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zarinabai Mohamed Kanji Mulji, who died on 5th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2019 By Karim Sukhiani, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahemtulla Punja Hirji, who died on 6th October, 1971. CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2019 By Karim Sukhiani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noordin Rahemtulla Sukhiani Punja, who died on 9th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
