REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Njeri Nganga (ID/22484875), of P.O. Box 245, Ruaraka in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 2/1810, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, aril whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
