GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7451

WHEREAS Daniel Mwangi Muchai (Deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0931 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Riruta/S .538, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Cohrt of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 512 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirniation of grant in favour of (I) Hellen Wanjiku Mwangi, (2) Esther Wachera Kiriungi and (3) Charles Muchai Mwangi, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in favour of (1) Hellen Wanjiku Mwangi, (2) Esther Wachera Kiriungi and (3) Charles Muchai Mwangi, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Mwangi Muchai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
