THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Onyango Anino, (2) Stephen Onyango Anino, (3) Collins Omondi Anino and (4) Benard Ouma Anino, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land known as North Gem/Malunga/1090, 1058 and 1287, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Siaya in succession case No. 21 of 2005, has ordered that the pieces of land be registered in the name of John Oriodo Anino, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued thereof by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registratioit of the said grant docgments and issue land title deeds to the said John Oriodo Anino, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to (1) John Onyango Anino, (2) Stephen Onyango Anino, (3) Collins Omondi Anino and (4) Benard Ouma Anino, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
