COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned development plan was on 27th June, 2019, completed. The development plan relates to land situated within Kwale Municipality, nortwards of Kwale Hospital Mortuary and east of existing Family Life Center. Copies of the development plan have, been deposited for public inspection at the County Physical Planning offices, Kwale. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the County Physical Planning offices, Kwale, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named developmenti plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Secretary, P.O. Box 4-80403, Kwale, within sixty (60) days from the' date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 12th July, 2019. A.
