COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above part development plan was on 30th April, 2016, completed The development plan relates to the land situated within Nyali Sub-county, Mombasa County. A copy of the development plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the Regional and the County Physical Planning Offices at Uhuru na Kazi Building, 5th Floor and Bima Towers, 3rd Floor, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named part development Plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 82876- 80100, Mombasa, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. P. O.
