APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 184 (1) (b) of the Constitution, 2010, section 14 of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011, section 30 (2) (1) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 6 (1) of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Act, 2017, the Governor, Kakamega County, appoints the following persons to the Municipal Board of Kakamega Municipality, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 14th August 2019— Col.
