TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 22 OF 2019 By Jayaben Harendra Khetshi Shah, of P.O. Box 80395-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Harendra Khetshi Shah, who died at Kizingo, Mombasa, on 7th April, 2019.
