TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2019 By Patrick Kibet Lotugh, of P.O. Box 315, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Kakuko Cherumben, who died at Sukut Sub-location, on 6th January, 2017. CAUSE No. 6 of 2019 By (1) Carolyne C. Soshon and (2) Irine C. Losapu, both of P.O. Box 569, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Pkemoi Losapu, who died at Kapenguria Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazetti.
