APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (a) of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint— JOHN KONCHELLAH as chairperson of the National Environmental Management Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th November, 2019.
