TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 403 OF 2019 By Mourice Odhiambo Saoke, of P.O. Box 1921, Kistimu in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for n grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Awuoth Angujo, who died on 13th June, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) dayS from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
