APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (d) of the Export Processing Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Co-operatives appoints— CHRISTINE R. ATTEND OTIENO (ADV.) to be a member of the Board of the Export Processing Zones Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 14th November, 2019 and revokes the appointment of John Masaba.
