TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 OF 2019 By (1) John Wafula Munialo and (2) Brian Wema Munialo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Everline Nangila, who died at Kiminini Cottage Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 14th March, 2018. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2019 By James Onzere Anami, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Musimbi Ayuya, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
