TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 341 OF 2019 By (1) Minneh Wangui Gacutha and (2) Joseph Njuguna Wanjiru, both of P.O. Box 23086-0064 in Kenya, the deceased's sister and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kinyanjui Gacutha, who died at Ruku Sub-location, 20th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
