TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By (1) Jane Ngoiri Kahenya and (2) Lucy Gakenia Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 21517-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Gathua Mbugua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2016. CAUSE No. 32 OF 2019 By (1) Stanley Chege Macharia, (2) Reuben Mwangi Macharia and (3) Lucy Muthoni Macharia, all of P.O. Box 224-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Macharia Kaman, who died at Upper Matasia Sub-location, on 7th April, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
