TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 39 OF 2018 By (1) Ali Khamisi Sudi and (2) Matano Hamisi Sudi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Hassan Nimugula, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 1 1 th June, 2015. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2019 By Hellen Nekesa Nielsen, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Friedrick Nielsen, who died on 27th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2019 By (1) Mary Koki Mutua and (2) Anna Mueni Mutua, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mutua Mathembe, who died at Kwale, on 18th June, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
