TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 168 OF 2019 By (1) Francis Mulwa and (2) Nicholas Muema, both of P.O. Box 1229-00618, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Mutua Mulwa, who died,at Kithuani, on 6th July, 2012. CAUSE No. 184 OF 2019 By Regina Katunge Mutua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Mutua Mwikya, who died on 1st March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication' f this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
