NOTICE is given in pursuant to sections 14, 15 and 17 of the Labour Relations Act, to all trade unions, federation of trade unions, employers organizations or federations, of receipt of application for registration of the following: KENYA UNION OF SPECIAL AND PROFESSIONAL GUARDS The notice is given to the Kenya National Private Security Workers Union and to any other registered trade union, to submit in writing any such objection(s) against the applicants within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice.
