CAUSE No. 2 OF 2019 By (1) Beatrice Khakasa Loponi and (2) Brenda Namikoye Loponi, both of P.O. Box 26, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wekesa Mutali Loponi, who died at Lwandeti Sub-location, on 21st May, 2018. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2019 By Agness Nabututu Wekhwala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munialo Mutali Muholela, who died at District Hospital, Webuye in Kenya, on 28th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
