TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, 27 OF 2019 By Ibrahim Sereti Okwoyo, of P.O. Box 2, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doris Monyenche Okwoyo, who died at Onseka, on 18th October, 2015. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2019 By Bathsheba Moraa Kebati, of P.O. Box 96, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Nyagwoka Kebati, who died at on 26th January, 2018. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By (1) Peris Nyabwari Kware and (2) Roise Nyanchama Kware, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kware Akunga, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 18th January, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
