TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2019 By (1) Victor Kipkemoi Biwott and (2) Rhoda Chebet, both of P.O. Box 255, Chepkorio in Kenya, the. deceased's son and daughter, respectively, through Nyekwei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Biwott Rutto, who died on 20th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
