TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 30 OF 2019 By (1) Dinar Targok Koima and (2) William Kiptanui Chebaskwony, the deceased's widow and brother-in-law, rspectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wesley Kipkoech arap Koima, who died at Kabogor Day, on 3rd November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appear'ance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
