TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2018 By (1) Stanely Nyutu Ndungu, (2) Simon Ndichu Ngure and (3) David Waiganjo Wainaina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathegi Kangatu, who died at Kiunyu Sub- location, on 13th July, 1998. CAUSE No. 141 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Kinuthia Muturi and (2) James Muiruri Muturi, both of P.O. Box 2225-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muturi Kinuthia, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 27th August, 1990. CAUSE No. 200 OF 2019 By (1) Edward Njuguna Gicheha, (2) Joseph Njuguna Gicheha and (3) Charles Gichia Gicheha, all of P.O. Box 639, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gicheha Njuguna, who died at Chania Nursing Home, on 8th January, 1997. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
