TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 68 of 2019 By Isaiah Amwayi Abala, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Abala Okobe alias Albert Abala, who died at along Kabarnet—Nakuru Road in 1979. CAUSE No. 140 OF 2019 By Eliseba Nandwa Kibarasi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Akatu Anyembe alias Anyembe Akhutu, who died at Emukangu in 1989. CAUSE No. 167 OF 2019 By Patrick Nengane Okubasu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Okubasu Nengane alias Hezron Okubasu, who died at Mwikalikha in 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
