TAKE NOTICE-that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2019 By (1) Marcelline Mwongeli Kimeu, (2) Nzilani Kimeu and (3) Kimeu Nzyimi, all of P.O. Box 907-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzyimi Kimeu, who died at Mutitu, on 17th September, 2018. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2019 By (1) Kamene Kivindyo Mwangangi and (2) Timothy Kivindyo Mwangangi, both of P.O. Box 69756-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Kivindyo Mwangangi, who died at Metropolital Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
