IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 26 (15) of the Energy Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy extends the stipulated time for the Selection Panel to interview the shortlisted applicants for the position of Member of the Energy and Petroleum Tribunal by a further fourteen (14) days.
