THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary Jerop Kiptoo and (2) Isaac Kipkoech Chemibei, both of P.O. Box 49429, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors of all that property known as Uasin Gishu/Illula Scheme/572, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the land register/green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register/green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card and white card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
