REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Leonard Mwangi Njuguna, of P.O. Box 951, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.4410 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Nyeri/Municipality Block IV/254, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
