WHEREAS Samuel Munene Wandimu (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mwerua/Kagio/562, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kerugoya in succession cause case no. 227 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Joel Murage Munene, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to the said Joel Murage Munene, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Munene Wandimu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. I E NOTICE No. 11336 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Ireri Mugai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.10 hectares or thereabout, known as Kagaaii/Weru/4599, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Principal Magistrate's Court at Embu in civil case no. 134 of 1993, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Nancy Muthoni Ngari, and whereits all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Nancy Muthoni Ngari (ID/3617499), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said ken Mugai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
