WHEREAS Hassan Mushe, of P.O. Box 792, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Teso South, registered under title No. South Teso/Amukura/1523, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost and all efforts made to locate it, in the office have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register provided that no valid objection has been received within that period Dated the 18th October, 2019.
