REGISTRATION

WHEREAS, (1) Daniel Waithaka Njora and (2) Joseph Njuguna .Kiragu, both of P.O. Box 51853, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1600 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 72/2932, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the files of the said piece of land are missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the file provided that no objection has been received within that period.
