REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Damaris Muthoni Manyara and (2) Kangai Njeru, both of P.O. Box 142, Chogoria in the Republic Of Kenya, are registered ,as proprietors of all that piece of land known parcel No. Mwimbi/Chogoria/3809, situate in the district of Meru South/Tharaka, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Chuka Succession No. 91 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Damaris Muthoni Manyara and (2) Kangai •Njeru, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Eliphas Mukobwa Rimberia alias Eliphas Mukobwa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Eliphas Mukobwa Rimberia alias Eliphas Mukobwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
