NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 10th April, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2457, in Volume DI, Folio 245/4489, File No. MMXIX, by our client, John Gaturo Chege, of P.O. Box 4714-00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Johanah Gaturo Chege, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Johanah Gaturo Chege, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Gaturo Chege, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John Gaturo Chege only.
