Box 7219-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the decaesed's widower, son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Jebungei Cherwon, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 14th August, 2015. CAUSE No. 141 OF 2019 By Rebecca Soi, of P.O. Box 22, Kapcheno in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony A. Soi, who died on 8th September, 2012. CAUSE No. 144 OF 2019 By (1) Faith Chelagat Kerich, (2) Grace Chepngetich and (3) Ann Chepkoech, all of P.O. Box 74934-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, fOr a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Chebet Chepkwony, who died at UTK Central Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
