TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 450 OF 2019 By Milcah Katumbi Kitivi, of P.O. Box 85-80407, Shimba Hills in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Musyoki Muthoka, who died at Msambweni Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 2019. CAUSE No. 456 OF 2019 By (1) Elvinah Chinyavu Tsuma and (2) Daniel Kombe Katana, both of P.O. Box 852403, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Katana Kombe, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 21st September, 2019. The court, will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
