TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 583 OF 2019 By Charles Okaka Demba, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Demba Odera, who died at East Katieno, on 20th August, 1999. CAUSE No. 584 OF 2019 By George Odhiambo Odanga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnicus Odanga Okwach alias Dominicus Odanga Okwach, who died at Buoye Sub- location, on 20th April, 1995. CAUSE No. 682 OF 2019 By Joshwa Abongo Asuo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Ogalo Asuo alias Grace Ogalo Aswo, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th July, 2013. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 457 OF 2019 By Mary Asena Magua, of P.O. Box 55, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Napoya Mutagure, late of Koige Sub-location, who died at Migaa, on 21st December, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
