TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.48 OF 2017 By (1) Raphael Barasa Nyongesa and (2) Gladys Namasaka Masai, both of P.O. Box 614, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Joseph Masibo Binyenya alias Masibo Binyenya and (2) Japhether Nyongesa alias Japhether Nyongesa Binyenya, who died at Makuselwa and Misikhu Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd December, 2006 and 10th October, 1999, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
